On April 19th, 2022, I came across Aqua Licious shop in Belmullet. What a find! A treasure trove of wonderfully natural goodies, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes are covered by Carmel. What a blessing this little shop is to our community. I purchased Lavender & Cederwood sleep salve, I'm having a bit of trouble adjusting to the noiselessness of Belmullet, thanks to this wonderful salve not only did I get a great nights sleep but woke up in the morning to wonderfully vibrant skin on my feet. To say that I was gobsmacked is an understatement, I really wished that I had taken before and after photos. Not only could I see the difference that this slave had made on my feet but I could also feel it. I will definitely go back and check out other products.

This salve is a game changer for me, I have always had trouble getting off to sleep but I find this really helps me. Just a small amount rubbed into the soles of your feet before bed, inhale the scent and off you go! A little goes a long way so the tin should last for ages. I also keep a spare one in my overnight bag for travelling as I wouldn't want to be without this now. Thank you Carmel!
